I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Petroff and his staff. I started visiting the center years ago for facials, chemical peels and laser treatments. I was always completely amazed and how amazing the staff was, and how much my skin improved. I had always hoped to one day fix my crooked nose. There was no doubt in my mind Dr Petroff would be the surgeon for me, after seeing his amazing work on my family and friends. I had a rhinoplasty done a little over a year and a half ago... and to this day I’m still in complete awe of his work. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect nose for my face. My nose was unique but Dr Petroff was able to transform it. I am forever thankful to Dr Petroff, and his amazing staff who has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. More

From the moment I walked into the Petroff Center I was so very completely taken care of by experienced, friendly, and competent staff.  I found Dr. Petroff to be a very talented and brilliant plastic surgeon. The facelift I received made my kids say “Mom! You look 30 years younger!” (slight exaggeration).  I received the best care and from the best doctor ever!  Dr. Mark Petroff is a perfectionist. I look amazing and feel wonderful after only two weeks post    surgery!  The face and neck lift look very natural.  Examples:  Turkey neck – gone, I can feel my trachea; pixie ear gone, he gave me ear lobes; my high cheek bones are back along with my happy smile.  After interviewing a number of surgeons Dr. Petroff was the only facial plastic surgeon would make an incision hidden inside the hairline.  I was out in the public within four days when I was able to have dinner at a restaurant with my son.  He listened to my concerns and preformed a scar revision from work left by another doctor years ago.  I am so grateful to another plastic surgeon who recommended Dr. Petroff.  He told me that Dr. Petroff is the best at facial surgery and would send his mother to him for a facelift.  I took his advice and I am so thankful I did.  Oh, and by the way, it was not that painful at all, just a bit uncomfortable.  Go for it! I was introduced to Petroff Center a few years ago from a deal site and had a series of microdermabrasions and facials done in the spa section and was very pleased with the staff, the aesthetician and the results from my procedures. I have gone in a few times since then to buy product and again everyone was so nice and professional. When I decided to get a consultation about other procedures, possibly even surgical procedures, my first thought was Petroff Center. I went in and was treated great by the front office staff and was promptly taken back to meet Dr. Petroff for my consultation. He advised me and gave me a few options based on my facial concerns and then had me meet with the financial person to go over the costs of the procedures. I was never pressured by him or by anyone else on the staff to start anything at that time. Everyone was helpful and gave me great suggestions about what might be most cost effective and also give me the best results for what I was looking for. I would strongly recommend the Petroff Center and will be going back once I have made a decision on my next steps. More

Dr. Petroff is an extremely good facial plastic surgeon. He performed a revision rhinoplasty and the experience I had here was incredible. The staff makes you feel comfortable and important. Dr. Petroff performed this surgery under local anesthesia (my first rhinoplasty used general anesthesia) and the recovery period was way quicker and easier to manage. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a rhinoplasty done. More

I cannot say enough positive things about The Petroff Center! Everyone that works there is a true professional. I am only a little over a week post op and even though there is still a significant amount of swelling, which is to be expected, I am loving my results! Dr. Petroff is a highly skilled surgeon. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have facial surgery done. His work speaks for itself, his patients look natural. I really feel that Dr. Petroff combines the changes you want to see with what will compliment your individual features. He is very honest about what is possible and what will look the best. Everyone's face shape is different, so having a surgeon that takes all of that in to consideration is huge! The very first time I was in the Petroff Centers office, I was treated very well. I will admit I was extremely nervous! I never once felt pressured, and I remember talking for almost an hour with the Surgical Coordinator, Bri. She was very real, and answered all my questions and made feel so at ease. It's obvious the confidence that they all have in where they work. They re not trying to sell anything to you, it was all person to person. They understand and they just want their patients to be happy. Scheduling my surgery was very easy, Bri did an excellent job of staying in communication with me leading up the surgery. She answered all my questions and gave me great reassurance. Surgery was a breeze! His staff is incredible. Jeanne his anesthesiologist is one of the sweetest, most caring individuals I have ever met. She held my hand the entire time and I remember feeling very safe and happy during my entire surgery. Jeanne also followed up with me before and after surgery, just to check in. I very much appreciated her assisting in my surgery. Kelsey, another nurse that assisted in surgery mirrored that calm and kind approach. She described every step in clear concise terms, so I knew exactly what was going on before surgery. She also made me feel very at ease. I couldn't imagine being under anyone else's care, she did such an amazing job. Post surgery, Heidi, Dr. Petroff's medical assistant showed me how to care for my wounds. She was very knowledgeable and gentle while showing me the proper care. I feel like they really all try to get to know you, his staff is warm and friendly. Every time I have been there they have all made me feel like I belong and that I have known them for years. I truly appreciate every single one of them. I experienced Jenna at Wellspring and thus wished to continue with her at Petroff Center. However, at Wellspring they offered incentive to return for facials in packages with a considerable discount per facial if you prepaid for 4 or 5 at a time. If you offered such a package I would be able to come more often. Jenna really was loving, caring and as always informative as to what she was doing during the facial. Don't be nervous about considering facial surgery -- it's the only thing that works -- not the $$ a person spends at Nordstrom's cosmetic counters. No one has ever been able to tell that I've had any work done, so that's another plus. More

I have been seeing Jenn for about 6-7 months getting facials and microdermabrasions and I just love the results. I found Petroff from a GroupOn and have continued seeing them ever since. The office staff is very courteous and professional and the office is very "spa like". Microdermabrasion at Petroff center is the best you will ever have. The skin care regiment you receive is totally based on your skin. For me, instead of finishing with a mask after treatment I received an amazing facial because my skin was on the drier side. You will not be disappointed. More
