Deep Plane Facelift with Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery*

This woman in her early 70s came to us with concerns about visible signs of aging, including heavy, tired-looking eyes, sagging skin around the jawline, and loose skin under the neck. To address these concerns, she underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedure including a deep plane facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, and submental liposuction. The deep plane facelift allowed for effective repositioning of the midface and tightening of the platysma, enhancing jawline and neck definition. Eyelid surgery and ptosis repair elevated the upper eyelids and reduced the appearance of under-eye fullness, restoring a more youthful and alert appearance. All procedures were performed at Petroff Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
