Life happens…should you experience a change in your availability, we are requesting that you notify our office before noon two business day prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the discretion of the provider; tardiness of 15 min + will automatically be considered a no-show and will incur the applicable fee.
A $200 fee will be automatically charged for all late cancellations and no-shows, regardless of provider or service type.
