Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Under Eye Fat Transfer*

This female patient in her 40s was primarily concerned with heavy upper eyelids that made her appear tired and aged beyond her years. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty along with fat transfer to the orbital rims. The surgery effectively lifted and reshaped the upper eyelids, while the fat transfer restored lost volume around the eyes. Postoperative results reveal a brighter, more alert appearance with a natural, rejuvenated look.
