Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Under Eye Fat Transfer - Portland, Oregon*

This patient in her 40s underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with fat transfer to the orbital rims. The procedure addressed upper eyelid heaviness, lower eyelid puffiness, and hollowing around the eyes. Postoperative results show a smoother, more refreshed and youthful periorbital contour while maintaining a natural appearance.
