Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery with Under Eye Fat Transfer - Portland, Oregon*

This male patient in his 70s presented with heavy upper eyelids that were contributing to visual obstruction, as well as prominent under-eye bags that gave a fatigued appearance. He underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and reposition underlying tissue, significantly improving both form and function. To further enhance periorbital contour and address volume loss, fat transfer to the orbital rims was performed. His results demonstrate a more alert, rested, and youthful appearance—while maintaining his natural masculine features.
