Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift with Neck Liposuction*

This patient in his 60s came to Petroff Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon, seeking surgical rejuvenation of the lower face and neck. He presented with ptosis of the midface and lower face, jowl formation, moderate midface volume deficiency and prominent anterior platysmal banding.
