This patient in her early 60s presented with generalized facial aging, including ptosis of the cheeks, jowls, and neck, as well as significant submental fullness. She also had mild to moderate facial asymmetry, with greater soft tissue redundancy on the left side, and an elongated upper lip with visible vertical rhytids.
