Deep Plane Facelift with Upper/Lower Eyelid Surgery and Browlift*

This patient in her 50s, sought facial rejuvenation to address signs of aging including sagging in the lower face, neck laxity, and eyelid heaviness. She underwent a deep plane facelift, which included a deep neck lift and submental liposuction to restore youthful contour and definition to her jawline and neck. To refresh the eye area, she also had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, complemented by an endoscopic brow lift to elevate and open the upper face. Postoperative photos demonstrate a natural, harmonious rejuvenation with restored facial balance and improved definition, while maintaining her unique facial character.
