Rhinoplasty*

This female patient in her 30s came to our center with concerns about her prominent nose, which featured a moderate bony and cartilaginous dorsal hump and a droopy nasal tip. Dr. Petroff performed a rhinoplasty to address these concerns. The dorsal hump was reduced and the dorsum was refined for a smoother, more balanced look. A key aspect of the procedure involved rotating and lifting the nasal tip to provide better definition and projection. The result is a more elegant, natural-looking nose that harmonizes beautifully with the patient's facial features, creating a refined profile and improved facial balance.
