Portland Rhinoplasty with Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery*

This patient in her 40s sought surgery to address both functional and cosmetic concerns. She had a deviated septum causing right-sided nasal obstruction, along with dissatisfaction with the size and shape of her nose, which she felt appeared too large and slightly hooked. In addition, she was bothered by the heavy, tired look around her eyes. A combined approach of rhinoplasty and upper/lower blepharoplasty was performed to improve nasal breathing, refine the nose for better facial harmony, and rejuvenate the eye area. The result is a refreshed, more balanced appearance with restored nasal function.
