Rhinoplasty - Portland, OR*

This female patient in her late 40s came to us with both cosmetic and breathing concerns related to her nose. She had a noticeable nasal hump and a tip that was overly projected and round. Examination revealed a deviated septum, which displaced the internal nasal structures and resulted in approximately 50% obstruction of her left airway. She also had slight flaring at the base of her nostrils. Rhinoplasty helped to straighten and smooth the bridge, refine and lift the tip, correct the nasal deviation, and subtly narrow the nostrils. The result is a more balanced, natural-looking nose and improved breathing function.
