Rhinoplasty - Portland, OR*

This female patient in her early 30s underwent rhinoplasty to address both cosmetic and functional concerns. She was bothered by the overall size and shape of her nose, particularly a noticeable deviation to the right, a large dorsal hump, and an over-projected, drooping nasal tip. She also reported mild to moderate breathing difficulty. On examination, her septum was found to be significantly dislocated and fractured. Surgery focused on straightening and refining the nose for a more balanced appearance, while also correcting the septal deviation to improve airflow and breathing comfort.
