This female patient in her early 60s presented with long-standing nasal obstruction and cosmetic concerns following a nasal injury more than 20 years ago. The trauma left her nose deviated to the right, resulting in near-complete blockage of the left nasal airway and persistent breathing difficulty. She elected to undergo surgery with the dual goals of improving nasal airflow and refining the overall size and balance of her nose.
