This patient came to Dr. Petroff because her nose looked too wide from the front and showed a noticeable hump in profile and from the side angles. Her exam showed a wide, heavy bridge with a hump in both bone and cartilage, a slightly overprojected tip, and a deviated septum that was partially blocking airflow on her left side. Dr. Petroff performed a rhinoplasty to narrow the bridge, smooth the hump, and refine tip projection, along with a septal correction to help improve her breathing. The goal was a slimmer, more balanced nose that fits naturally with her facial features from every angle.
