Heidi has been an integral part of the Petroff Center family since 2011. She started at the front desk and spent eight years as our medical assistant before advancing to her current role as Clinic Administrator. She now oversees day-to-day operations and leads the front office teams for both Petroff Center and Premier Laser & Skin. Passionate about building lasting relationships with patients, Heidi’s broad experience across multiple roles makes her an invaluable resource for our team. Friendly, organized, and endlessly dedicated, she is truly the heart of our office behind the scenes. Outside of work, Heidi is a proud mom to two sons—an energetic 8-year-old and a new baby—who keep her busy and bring her endless joy.
I cannot say enough about the Petroff center and their entire staff! After a botched rhinoplasty, Petroff was able to transform my nose into a slim, sloped beautiful piece of art! Their entire staff works so well together and helped me feel comfortable and at home throughout the entire process. I can't imagine a better result, or having a better group of people to work with.
