Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery with Under Eye Fat Transfer - Portland, OR*

Male patient in his early 60s who was bothered for many years by a tired, heavy-eyed appearance caused by excess upper eyelid skin and prominent under-eye bags. He underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with autologous fat transfer to the orbital rims to restore a smoother, more youthful transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks. His results demonstrate a brighter, more rested appearance with significant improvement in eyelid contour and under-eye fullness. While some under-eye pigmentation remains, as surgery does not address skin discoloration, his overall appearance is noticeably refreshed and rejuvenated.
