"I have received care from Dr. Petroff at the Petroff Center (facial surgery) and Melissa at Premier (laser skin treatments at the medi-spa side of the center). My experiences exceeded all expectations, and as someone who has seen many healthcare providers, the attention to detail and level of care provided at the Petroff Center is unmatched. "I highly recommend the Petroff Center. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Petroff in early 2023 to discuss the CO2 laser for what I felt was significant acne scarring from my teen years. Dr. Petroff recommended that I instead do a couple sessions of the Halo laser, which would be performed by a medical esthetician. (The Halo does not require general anesthesia and therefore is much less expensive. This made me feel extra confident that the Center had my best interests in mind.) I had my first Halo session in March 2023 and second in January 2024, both with Brittany Mckinster. Brittany answered all of my questions thoroughly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was 100% confident in her expertise from the start. I was thrilled with the results from my first Halo session, and honestly could have been satisfied stopping there, but now I’m addicted! The scars were softened to the extent that I rarely worried about them after I had healed from the procedure (~3 weeks for me). I also noticed overall improvement in pore size and texture. I am excited to see how my second session heals. Thank you, Petroff Center!"

"Ultherapy at 65 - Lake Oswego, OR - After reading some of the negative reviews regarding ultherapy I was very hesitant to do it and almost didn't. I have had a fraxel treatment in the past and had other laser treatments without harmful effects so I decided to cross my fingers and try it. I'm so glad I did. It has been 3 weeks and it looks like I had a lower face lift without going through surgery! My neck is so much tighter - the sagging skin under the chin is almost gone. The labial folds around my mouth are so diminished I may not even get the juvederm filler! The procedure under the neck was a little painful. I should have taken 2 pain pills before I had it done but only took one. However the pain lasts only a short time and the results were well worth it - far better than surgery! My cost was a package special that included juvederm, botox and a couple of chemical peels. I think the procedure without the extras was about $4000. However, if you're looking for a little tightening I would fully recommend this."

Dr. Mark Petroff himself provides the services, NOT an assistant, for the treatments and his experienced staff provide the skin care services. He is patient, professional, yet friendly. "Love this place. My friend recommended this place. I needed some help for my face, cause due to sun damage, by face was all blotchy & some spots were hyperpigmented & other spots full of blemishes. I had to totally cake make up on to cover. I went here & they recommended Obagi skin care. I tried it & after just 3 months it's like I have new skin. Now all I do is just wear slight mineral foundation & I'm good to go. My skin looks radiant, & sometimes I can go out without any make up at all, & look great. I never would have done that before the Obagi skin care they recommended. The receptionist could be nicer (she appeared a little stuck up)--but the rest of the staff was great."

"No more sun damage!! - I had IPL treatments at the Petroff Center for sun damage on my chest and face, the results are great, and they offered me ice and a cream to numb the area, to make the experience more comfortable. I will definitely go back if I need future laser treatments!"
