"Dr. Petroff did my daughter’s rhinoplasty about 3 months ago. Her nose had been an insecurity for most of her life. Along with the insecurity, breathing was difficult for her. Every single staff member I encountered throughout my journey has been the absolute warmest, I believe that is vital when you’re dealing with something as nerve wracking as surgery. They did a phenomenal job at making sure I was being taken care of 100%. I appreciate everyone for making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The day of surgery I had both my parents join me- the center was just as kind, informative, and hospitable to my family as they were with me. They even went as far as offering a private room for them to wait and relax-this room included a comfy couch and a tv. 😆 The surgery itself was a breeze-the 2-3 hour surgery felt like 20 minutes. Happy to say I NEVER felt any pain, slight discomfort at its worst. Had a nurse check in on me that evening (much appreciated!) I always felt like I had someone from The Petroff Center holding my hand through the experience. Above all-of course, I want to give Dr.Petroff a huge thank you for making one of my long time dreams come true. The day the cast came off I cried happy tears on my drive back home. "I highly recommend the Petroff Center. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Petroff in early 2023 to discuss the CO2 laser for what I felt was significant acne scarring from my teen years. Dr. Petroff recommended that I instead do a couple sessions of the Halo laser, which would be performed by a medical esthetician. (The Halo does not require general anesthesia and therefore is much less expensive. This made me feel extra confident that the Center had my best interests in mind.) I had my first Halo session in March 2023 and second in January 2024, both with Brittany Mckinster. Brittany answered all of my questions thoroughly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was 100% confident in her expertise from the start. I was thrilled with the results from my first Halo session, and honestly could have been satisfied stopping there, but now I’m addicted! The scars were softened to the extent that I rarely worried about them after I had healed from the procedure (~3 weeks for me). I also noticed overall improvement in pore size and texture. I am excited to see how my second session heals. Thank you, Petroff Center!"

"The nurses, support staff, and Dr. Petroff were amazing every step of the way, from my first appointment through facial surgery and beyond. Highly recommend The Petroff Center. In August of 2023, I had a brow lift with facelift done by Dr. Petroff. The outcome is fantastic. Not only am I a younger looking me, but the facelift reconstructed a scar on my face that I'd lived with for 10 years. In 2013, my ENT doctor discovered a tumor in my salivary gland. The tumor had to be surgically removed from my left parotid salivary gland. While the tumor removal was successful, it left a deep indentation on my face, just in front of my left ear; in addition, I developed a condition called Frey's Syndrome due to trauma to the auriculotemporal nerve. This means that when I ate, or even thought about food, I experienced intense gustatory sweating from the parotidectomy surgical scar. Basically, the nerve would produce moisture (sweat) on the facial scar when I was supposed to be salivating. Yikes! (Napkins came in very handy!) Well, the amazing miracle is that Dr. Petroff filled the scar indentation in front of my ear by recruting fat from my lower jawline. And, at the same time, he removed the area of skin and damagerd nerve that cause the Frey's Syndrome. I three months post facial surgery and I am so happy about having plastic surgery at the Petroff Center. I just wish I'd done it sooner!"

"I had a Blepharoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Mark Petroff at The Petroff Center about 3 weeks ago. I was very pleased with the entire experience including consultation, surgery and follow up. I continue to heal and I am told that total recovery takes about 3 months. I have small bumps along the incision scars on both eyes which should heal as recovery progresses. "It's been 2+ weeks since my Blepharoplasty, I am so thrilled that I had this procedure done with Dr. Mark Petroff. I live in FL and Nantucket, did my research and when I toured the Petroff Center, I booked my appointment immediately! From my initial contact with Brianne, to my final ultrasound procedure with Whitney, I cannot give enough kudos to the team there. Everyone is so professional, the center is very modern, contemporary and extremely neat and clean. Dr. Petroff's nurse Christy, called me two weeks prior to the procedure to go over all pre-op/post-op and answer all of my questions. Tiffany, the Nurse Anesthetist, called me the night before my procedure (after putting down her kids!) as well as the night of my procedure to see how I was doing. Unbelievable? When I left the OR, Deanna (Dr. Petroff's OR RN) got me a cup of good hot coffee and some vaseline for my lips. I even went home with a dozen yellow roses and the monogrammed coffee cup! A month before the procedure, I had a printed spiral notebook of all my upcoming appointments and what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I also received Vitamins and a regimen to follow before and after. Since this was my very first cosmetic procedure, it was incredibly helpful information and very thorough. I also want to mention Carly, Dr. Petroff's MA, as she is just as professional at her job as the rest. If you are reading this and contemplating where to have any cosmetic improvements, I can first-hand strongly recommend the Petroff Center. I understand that Dr. Petroff's wife, Karen, is a big part of their growing and very successful business and I'm just very grateful and thankful to everyone there who looked after me including the gals at the reception desk. "Dr. Petroff is meticulous! - Four months ago Dr. Petroff performed my lower facelift and chin implant surgery and in my opinion the experience and results are the finest possible.I’ve had 3 prior plastic surgeries mostly on a congenital body issue. Two of the surgeries successful, and one, a very bad experience. I’m knowledgeable of what can go right, or wrong, with a surgeon. I spent two years researching physicians to perform my facial surgery, consulting with four. I was scared because of my prior bad experience and this surgery was on my face. All the quotes varied only by a few hundred bucks. Why am I so impressed with Dr. Petroff?1) He’s only performs surgery from the neck up. Why would one trust their face to someone who ‘specializes’ in the whole body? How can you ‘specialize’ in everything?2) Dr. Petroff is a serious guy. "Ultherapy at 65 - Lake Oswego, OR - After reading some of the negative reviews regarding ultherapy I was very hesitant to do it and almost didn't. I have had a fraxel treatment in the past and had other laser treatments without harmful effects so I decided to cross my fingers and try it. I'm so glad I did. It has been 3 weeks and it looks like I had a lower face lift without going through surgery! My neck is so much tighter - the sagging skin under the chin is almost gone. The labial folds around my mouth are so diminished I may not even get the juvederm filler! The procedure under the neck was a little painful. I should have taken 2 pain pills before I had it done but only took one. However the pain lasts only a short time and the results were well worth it - far better than surgery! My cost was a package special that included juvederm, botox and a couple of chemical peels. I think the procedure without the extras was about $4000. However, if you're looking for a little tightening I would fully recommend this."

"After reading some of the negative reviews regarding ultherapy I was very hesitant to do it and almost didn't. I have had a fraxel treatment in the past and had other laser treatments without harmful effects so I decided to cross my fingers and try it. I'm so glad I did. It has been 3 weeks and it looks like I had a lower face lift without going through surgery! My neck is so much tighter - the sagging skin under the chin is almost gone. The labial folds around my mouth are so diminished I may not even get the juvederm filler! The procedure under the neck was a little painful. I should have taken 2 pain pills before I had it done but only took one. However the pain lasts only a short time and the results were well worth it - far better than surgery! My cost was a package special that included juvederm, botox and a couple of chemical peels. I think the procedure without the extras was about $4000. However, if you're looking for a little tightening I would fully recommend this."

She held my hand the entire time and I remember feeling very safe and happy during my entire surgery. Jeanne also followed up with me before and after surgery, just to check in. I very much appreciated her assisting in my surgery. Kelsey, another nurse that assisted in surgery mirrored that calm and kind approach. She described every step in clear concise terms, so I knew exactly what was going on before surgery. She also made me feel very at ease. I couldn't imagine being under anyone else's care, she did such an amazing job. Post surgery, Heidi, Dr. Petroff's medical assistant showed me how to care for my wounds. She was very knowledgeable and gentle while showing me the proper care. I feel like they really all try to get to know you, his staff is warm and friendly. "I have been receiving services at the Petroff Center in Lake Oswego for almost 2 years now. I have had laser services for hyperplasia, fillers, botox and a surgical procedure on my face. I have used two other providers in the area and was very happy with one of my previous providers, but he wasn't able to offer the range of services that Dr. Petroff offers so I changed. I have only positive remarks and compliments for both Dr. Petroff and every person I have worked with on his staff. I rarely write reviews because I typically feel most service providers are mediocre at best. I find the exact opposite with Dr. Petroff and his staff. I have missed an apt (my bad), been late, (again my bad) and whined about a product not being in stock (well...I am a tough customer). Each time, I was dealt with professionally and courteously. I mean I seriously don't know what kind of amazing training he offers his staff, but I find everyone there must really feel comfortable and happy with their job. If I ask a question that someone doesn't know right away, then the staff will either call me later or seek out the answer to my satisfaction before I leave the office. Regarding Dr. Petroff, I researched his work and chose him for his attention to the "natural." I want to look the best I can for my age - I don't want to look fake or altered.
