Upper/Lower Eyelid Surgery with Under Eye Fat Transfer*

This female patient in her late 40s underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with fat transfer to the orbital rims. Her primary goals were to reduce upper eyelid heaviness, improve under-eye puffiness, and restore volume loss around the eyes. Postoperative photos show a refreshed, more youthful appearance with smoother contours and natural-looking rejuvenation of the periocular area.
