Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery with Under Eye Fat Transfer - Portland, OR*

This patient in her 40s came to our practice with concerns about a tired, aged appearance around her eyes. She had excess skin on her upper eyelids and noticeable hollowness beneath her eyes, both contributing to a fatigued look. To address these concerns, she underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with autologous fat transfer to the under-eye area.
