Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery with Under Eye Fat Transfer - Portland, OR*

This patient in her 50s presented with significant under-eye puffiness and excess upper eyelid skin, which contributed to a consistently tired and aged appearance. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the redundant skin and address the prominent lower lid "bags." To further enhance periorbital volume and restore youthful contours, autologous fat transfer was performed to the orbital rims. In her after photos, the patient's eyes appear brighter, more open, and refreshed—achieving a natural, rejuvenated look that aligns with her vibrant personality.
