"Dr. Petroff did my daughter’s rhinoplasty about 3 months ago. Her nose had been an insecurity for most of her life. Along with the insecurity, breathing was difficult for her. Dr. Petroff fixed both problems beautifully. It looks so natural and has given her confidence to take pictures. Every single staff member I encountered throughout my journey has been the absolute warmest, I believe that is vital when you’re dealing with something as nerve wracking as surgery. They did a phenomenal job at making sure I was being taken care of 100%. I appreciate everyone for making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The day of surgery I had both my parents join me- the center was just as kind, informative, and hospitable to my family as they were with me. They even went as far as offering a private room for them to wait and relax-this room included a comfy couch and a tv. 😆 The surgery itself was a breeze-the 2-3 hour surgery felt like 20 minutes. Happy to say I NEVER felt any pain, slight discomfort at its worst. Had a nurse check in on me that evening (much appreciated!) I always felt like I had someone from The Petroff Center holding my hand through the experience. Above all-of course, I want to give Dr.Petroff a huge thank you for making one of my long time dreams come true. The day the cast came off I cried happy tears on my drive back home. Despite the healing journey only beginning I could already see the results I always longed for. "The nurses, support staff, and Dr. Petroff were amazing every step of the way, from my first appointment through facial surgery and beyond. Highly recommend The Petroff Center. In August of 2023, I had a brow lift with facelift done by Dr. Petroff. The outcome is fantastic. Not only am I a younger looking me, but the facelift reconstructed a scar on my face that I'd lived with for 10 years. In 2013, my ENT doctor discovered a tumor in my salivary gland. The tumor had to be surgically removed from my left parotid salivary gland. While the tumor removal was successful, it left a deep indentation on my face, just in front of my left ear; in addition, I developed a condition called Frey's Syndrome due to trauma to the auriculotemporal nerve. This means that when I ate, or even thought about food, I experienced intense gustatory sweating from the parotidectomy surgical scar. Basically, the nerve would produce moisture (sweat) on the facial scar when I was supposed to be salivating. Yikes! (Napkins came in very handy!) Well, the amazing miracle is that Dr. Petroff filled the scar indentation in front of my ear by recruting fat from my lower jawline. And, at the same time, he removed the area of skin and damagerd nerve that cause the Frey's Syndrome. I three months post facial surgery and I am so happy about having plastic surgery at the Petroff Center. I just wish I'd done it sooner!"

I was fairly nervous and excited to get the procedure 8 was having done since it was my very first surgery I’ve ever had. Everyone was so wonderful and comforting. "I recently underwent rhinoplasty (nose surgery) about 2 months ago in September. After over 5 years of research I finally decided to go for it after finding Dr. Petroff. He had so many before and after photos that showed he is more than experienced in rhinoplasty surgeries. I scheduled a consultation appointment and all the nurses were so nice and professional. When I met Dr. Petroff, he not only listened to what I had in mind and what changes I wanted to make to my nose, but he also made suggestions and talked me through the process. "Thank you so much Dr. Petroff. From the moment I walked into the Petroff Center I was so very completely taken care of by experienced, friendly, and competent staff. I found Dr. Petroff to be a very talented and brilliant plastic surgeon. The facelift I received made my kids say “Mom! You look 30 years younger!” (slight exaggeration). I received the best care and from the best doctor ever! Dr. Mark Petroff is a perfectionist. I look amazing and feel wonderful after only two weeks post surgery! The face and neck lift look very natural. Examples: Turkey neck – gone, I can feel my trachea; pixie ear gone, he gave me ear lobes; my high cheek bones are back along with my happy smile. After interviewing a number of surgeons Dr. Petroff was the only facial plastic surgeon would make an incision hidden inside the hairline. I was out in the public within four days when I was able to have dinner at a restaurant with my son. I am two weeks out from surgery. I have had two ultrasound appointments to reduce swelling (heavenly), a makeup session to learn to cover bruising (licensed estheticians), my staples and stitches removed by two different nurses with the most steady and gentle hands ever, and regular check-ups with Dr. Petroff. I know that people who watch too much television about plastic surgery might think this is a vanity field. I know that for Dr. Petroff and his staff, this is not about vanity. They genuinely understand that how we look is a reflection of how we feel and how we feel is reflected in how we look. By honoring their clients, they honor the value of self care. And, I wish he was not so busy because, besides his surgical skills, if I could download his interviewing techniques and employee training and management principles, I would. The staff is remarkable - without exception. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!"

"I went to Dr. Petroff about a year ago for a nose job and chin implant - the cost was reasonable, but I'd gladly pay twice that. I'm so happy with it. Dr. Petroff is confident, straightforward, and incredible at what he does. I recently went back for filler. He's a plastic surgeon but still charges less than the cheapy med-spa I'd been going to. He's a perfectionist, and it shows."
