"I highly recommend the Petroff Center. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Petroff in early 2023 to discuss the CO2 laser for what I felt was significant acne scarring from my teen years. Dr. Petroff recommended that I instead do a couple sessions of the Halo laser, which would be performed by a medical esthetician. (The Halo does not require general anesthesia and therefore is much less expensive. This made me feel extra confident that the Center had my best interests in mind.) I had my first Halo session in March 2023 and second in January 2024, both with Brittany Mckinster. Brittany answered all of my questions thoroughly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was 100% confident in her expertise from the start. I was thrilled with the results from my first Halo session, and honestly could have been satisfied stopping there, but now I’m addicted! The scars were softened to the extent that I rarely worried about them after I had healed from the procedure (~3 weeks for me). I also noticed overall improvement in pore size and texture. I am excited to see how my second session heals. Thank you, Petroff Center!"

"The nurses, support staff, and Dr. Petroff were amazing every step of the way, from my first appointment through facial surgery and beyond. Highly recommend The Petroff Center. In August of 2023, I had a brow lift with facelift done by Dr. Petroff. The outcome is fantastic. Not only am I a younger looking me, but the facelift reconstructed a scar on my face that I'd lived with for 10 years. In 2013, my ENT doctor discovered a tumor in my salivary gland. The tumor had to be surgically removed from my left parotid salivary gland. While the tumor removal was successful, it left a deep indentation on my face, just in front of my left ear; in addition, I developed a condition called Frey's Syndrome due to trauma to the auriculotemporal nerve. This means that when I ate, or even thought about food, I experienced intense gustatory sweating from the parotidectomy surgical scar. Basically, the nerve would produce moisture (sweat) on the facial scar when I was supposed to be salivating. Yikes! (Napkins came in very handy!) Well, the amazing miracle is that Dr. Petroff filled the scar indentation in front of my ear by recruting fat from my lower jawline. And, at the same time, he removed the area of skin and damagerd nerve that cause the Frey's Syndrome. I three months post facial surgery and I am so happy about having plastic surgery at the Petroff Center. I just wish I'd done it sooner!"

"Thank you so much Dr. Petroff. From the moment I walked into the Petroff Center I was so very completely taken care of by experienced, friendly, and competent staff. I found Dr. Petroff to be a very talented and brilliant plastic surgeon. The facelift I received made my kids say “Mom! You look 30 years younger!” (slight exaggeration). I received the best care and from the best doctor ever! Dr. Mark Petroff is a perfectionist. I look amazing and feel wonderful after only two weeks post surgery! The face and neck lift look very natural. Examples: Turkey neck – gone, I can feel my trachea; pixie ear gone, he gave me ear lobes; my high cheek bones are back along with my happy smile. After interviewing a number of surgeons Dr. Petroff was the only facial plastic surgeon would make an incision hidden inside the hairline. I was out in the public within four days when I was able to have dinner at a restaurant with my son. He listened to my concerns and preformed a scar revision from work left by another doctor years ago. I am so grateful to another plastic surgeon who recommended Dr. Petroff. Yet, I did not follow my own advice - for years - and it impacted my health and my appearance. I met Dr. Petroff when he performed the most beautiful rhinoplasty on my daughter and was immediately impressed with his professionalism, bedside manner, and skill. At the time, I was just so pleased my daughter was in safe hands. But he and his staff are infectious in their commitment to patients and to meaningful and thoughtful engagement with their patients. I took the plunge and decided, for my own wellbeing, I would invest in myself with the works - facelift, rhinoplasty, and whatever else Dr. Petroff would suggest. In our first meeting he listened with empathy, heard the meaning behind my words, and said no. He told me I didn't need "the works." He told me exactly what he would choose to help me look like a healthier, younger version of me. He told me he thought I looked sweet and he could make me look sweeter. It was not a line. He was turning down work to give me what I was really asking for. That is integrity. From the moment I said yes, his entire staff - from scheduling to nursing to accounting - were attentive, clear, informative, and thorough. I knew exactly what Dr. Petroff would do, how he would do it, and who would help him. His staff called regularly to schedule and confirm appointments. Those appointments were never cancelled and I was always seen on time. Even his anesthesiologist was sweet, well-informed, and pro-active. She called before surgery to review her plan, reiterated it the day of surgery, and followed it exactly. Surgery went perfectly and just as described. I followed their directions for my aftercare and relied on their workbook (yes, they give you a workbook to outline the surgery, procedures, recovery, and it even emphasize the emotional impact of the surgery and recovery process). I am two weeks out from surgery. I have had two ultrasound appointments to reduce swelling (heavenly), a makeup session to learn to cover bruising (licensed estheticians), my staples and stitches removed by two different nurses with the most steady and gentle hands ever, and regular check-ups with Dr. Petroff. I know that people who watch too much television about plastic surgery might think this is a vanity field. I know that for Dr. Petroff and his staff, this is not about vanity. They genuinely understand that how we look is a reflection of how we feel and how we feel is reflected in how we look. By honoring their clients, they honor the value of self care. And, I wish he was not so busy because, besides his surgical skills, if I could download his interviewing techniques and employee training and management principles, I would. The staff is remarkable - without exception. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!"

"Dr. Petroff is an extremely good facial plastic surgeon. He performed a revision rhinoplasty and the experience I had here was incredible. The staff makes you feel comfortable and important. Dr. Petroff performed this surgery under local anesthesia (my first rhinoplasty used general anesthesia) and the recovery period was way quicker and easier to manage. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a rhinoplasty done."

I have used two other providers in the area and was very happy with one of my previous providers, but he wasn't able to offer the range of services that Dr. Petroff offers so I changed. I have only positive remarks and compliments for both Dr. Petroff and every person I have worked with on his staff. I rarely write reviews because I typically feel most service providers are mediocre at best. I find the exact opposite with Dr. Petroff and his staff. I have missed an apt (my bad), been late, (again my bad) and whined about a product not being in stock (well...I am a tough customer). Each time, I was dealt with professionally and courteously. I mean I seriously don't know what kind of amazing training he offers his staff, but I find everyone there must really feel comfortable and happy with their job. If I ask a question that someone doesn't know right away, then the staff will either call me later or seek out the answer to my satisfaction before I leave the office. They employ only the most well-trained and qualified technicians who have many years experience in the industry. I have always been treated in the most professional and courteous manner by all staff. "Love this place. My friend recommended this place. I needed some help for my face, cause due to sun damage, by face was all blotchy & some spots were hyperpigmented & other spots full of blemishes. I had to totally cake make up on to cover. I went here & they recommended Obagi skin care. I tried it & after just 3 months it's like I have new skin. Now all I do is just wear slight mineral foundation & I'm good to go. My skin looks radiant, & sometimes I can go out without any make up at all, & look great. I never would have done that before the Obagi skin care they recommended. The receptionist could be nicer (she appeared a little stuck up)--but the rest of the staff was great."
"I've been to the Petroff Center for micro dermabrasions and for facials and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is very clean and modern. It's a very comfortable environment. My facialist was very nice and professional, asked me a lot of questions to ensure the best facials and recommendations for skin care and future treatments. Initially I found them through a Groupon but I have continued to see them because of the excellent service and skin treatments. I would highly recommend to any and all. This is a great place!"
