In accordance with the Oregon Mask Mandate, all visitors to The Petroff Center must wear a face mask while in our facility.
Based on best practices, the Petroff Center will continue to impose screening requirements to ensure the safety of all patients and healthcare workers, and to slow the spread of COVID-19.
We are asking that you call (503) 635-4886 to postpone any appointments if you have experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14-days:
Fever
Shortness of Breath
Chills
Loss of Taste or Smell
Repeated Shaking with Chills
Muscle Pain
Sore Throat
Headaches
Cough
~ Or if you have been in contact with anyone that has been recently diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19.
Patients are asked to refrain from bringing guests to their appointments in an effort to maintain social distancing guidelines and over-crowding. Cloth masks are required by State Mandate. Please bring your own mask as we are unable to provide them.
